I started this journey with an email to Louis Carr Real Estate via the website and Jennifer called me first thing Tuesday 9th and it would be apt to finish with one.

We were most impressed by the immediate response from Louis Carr Real Estate; a great start, yet what was to unfold over the next 6 weeks was beyond belief...

When Jennifer and William came to the house to discuss the sale of our home on 11th September. They did their homework, had a game plan/strategy and managed every aspect of the sales process.

They supplied contacts for all the necessary legal and council requirements, plus presentation skills to ensure we could achieve the best possible price.

Auction day was yesterday, 24th October; Jennifer & William also organised the auctioneer, Stu Benson and this was the icing on the cake.

Stu Benson conducted the auction like a conductor at the Sydney Opera House. He played to the audience, held the excitement and added humour at the right time.

The result was $1.48m and $180,000 dollars over reserve - and unbelievable result!
