When we decided to sell our home of 18 years to downsize, and after some research into agents in our area, we interviewed a short list of three, one of which was Jennifer Carr. Her agency ( which has been around for as long as I can remember) had a local shopfront and office and they were handling the majority of house sales in our area, so potential buyers could cover many properties with a single agent, hence giving us a large database of prospective buyers. The interview was the most professional of the three interviews, with clear communication and exceptional market knowledge for our area, so we had a good feeling about wanting Jennifer to handle our sale.

The sale process was smooth and painless. Jennifer seemed to be able to sense what the buyers wanted, and concentrated on those aspects of our home in the negotiations. She very quickly sorted out the high probability buyers and in a matter a weeks had a buyer identified and negotiated a price on our behalf which was more than our expectations. But her amazing work was not finished, as she relentlessly communicated with the buyers to assist with the valuations for the finance approvals.

I have worked with a few real estate professionals in the past, but I have to say Jennifer is by far the most professional and knowledgeable agent and has a gift in selling homes.
