It became apparent to us very early on in the campaign that Jenny possessed extensive knowledge of her target audience, the market, the location and West Pennant Hills as a suburb in general. Our home was unique in the sense that it was not a large home by today's standards but existed on a very large block of land in a great location. Jenny used the positives to market the home and we certainly had plenty of interest in the property. Effective communication is always important when selling a home and I even received a phone call at 10:00 pm at night from Jen to discuss aspects of the sale!
