We met Adrian while house-hunting in the crazy Sydney market. It was a frustrating and depressing time trying to even find a property that had the chance of selling for what we could afford. We managed to bypass the whole auction nonsense and submit an off-market offer that the vendor was happy to accept. Adrian's approach was different. He was honest, up-front and no-nonsense. He understood the massive financial commitment involved from our side and did not just look at us as a paycheck. He took the time to actually understand and then help.

As a result I have already said to him that we will use him again when looking at an investment property in the near future and we would definitely use him to sell our place if we ever decide to move out. We can highly recommend Adrian!
