Greg and Jess were truly exceptional and amazing. We met them a couple years ago where we were at that time still contemplating whether to sell our property. During the inspections/auction process, we had received from Greg and Jess after every inspection regarding the outcome e.g. number of buyer, theirs background & level of interest and readiness, feedback from buyers (be it positive or negative) including their indication of whether to participate in the auction and etc. This helped to prepare us for a realistic expectation, rather than being pessimistic or optimistic which ended with unwanted surprise.
