Now that we have a successful sale we most certainly agree with all the previous words of praise. The LC agency at WPH is indeed an extremely well managed and finely tuned business with a perfect blend of professionalism and caring service.

They have an intimate knowledge of West Pennant Hills; the homes, the ever-changing environment and services, the community, and the numerous families wanting to live here.

We can however add two additional comments regarding our experience.

First, the market is changing and it is becoming harder for purchasers and vendors alike. It is no longer a seller’s market which means that the best presented homes are those most likely to sell. The LC team were there for us with advice and assistance during our preparation, and pragmatic recommendations as we went to market. It was this experience that achieved the result for us.

Lastly, it needs to be noted that not all agencies are the same. Others tried underhand and unprofessional tactics to get our business. The more they persisted, the more we knew we had made the right choice. The LC team did not waver from our joint objective. They were simply brilliant!
