We met William almost 3 years ago whilst searching for a single level home. We had provided William with specific requirements that needed to be met, a single level home similar in size to our current 2 storey home, with 3 garages, and preferably to stay in the West Pennant Hills area – not an easy task!

William was always keeping me informed on any new homes coming onto the market which he thought might suit our needs. It took a while but thanks to his persistent commitment he found our new home and we are delighted.

Our next priority was to sell our current home and due to our previous association with Louis Carr, we were very confident of engaging Jennifer and William to manage our sale.

In what is currently a very tough market environment for Vendors, Jennifer’s negotiating skills were outstanding and after only two open homes, we were very happy with the result.
