Initially we found the property via Dean's colleague Kylie but upon meeting Dean I knew we were going to get along just fine.

Dealing with Dean he was friendly and prompt as well as not being pushy (a rare quality compared to some of the other agents we dealt with).

Even during the contract negotiations it felt like we were actually dealing with friends and that he was on both our side as well as the vendors to find common ground - which we did.

Dean also did what he said he would do and at the time he said, it wasn't always just business either.
